Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Our community is built on respect, honesty, and a shared love of tennis. These guidelines help keep Clark County Tennis Hub a safe and welcoming place for every adult player in Southwest Washington.
Our Mission
Clark County Tennis Hub exists to help adult tennis players in Southwest Washington find partners, connect with the local tennis community, and enjoy more time on the court. These guidelines keep our community safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
1. Be Respectful
Treat all members with courtesy and respect regardless of skill level, age, gender, or background. Constructive feedback is welcome โ personal attacks, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. Disagreements happen โ handle them maturely and privately.
2. Be Honest
Represent your skill level accurately โ misrepresenting your NTRP rating wastes everyone's time. Use your real first name on your profile. Post only genuine requests โ no spam, advertising, or misleading posts.
3. Personal Safety
Always meet new players at public tennis courts or recreational facilities. Tell someone where you are going when meeting a new player for the first time. Trust your instincts โ if something feels wrong, it's okay to cancel. Clark County Tennis Hub does not conduct background checks on members. You are responsible for your own personal safety.
4. Communication Standards
Keep all messages respectful and tennis-related. Do not send unsolicited personal messages unrelated to tennis. Do not share other members' personal contact information without their consent. Harassment of any kind via our messaging system will result in immediate account removal.
5. Appropriate Content
Posts and profiles must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language; sexual or suggestive content; spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation; false or misleading information; or content unrelated to tennis.
6. Adults Only
This platform is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. Do not attempt to arrange matches with minors through this platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately removed.
7. No Harassment or Discrimination
We are committed to an inclusive community. Harassment or discrimination based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or skill level will result in immediate account removal.
8. Reporting
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, use the Report button on any post, profile, or message, or contact us directly at clarkcountytennishub@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously and review them promptly.
9. Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning for minor first-time violations, temporary suspension of posting privileges, or permanent account removal for serious or repeated violations. We reserve the right to remove any content or account at our sole discretion.
10. Disclaimer
